The successful candidate will be working for Wood Products Australia (Lytton – QLD) and will report to Karl Cantwell, QLD Warehouse Manager.About the roleReporting to the QLD Warehouse Manager, you will assist the day-to-day operational requirements of the Brisbane Distribution Unit.As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and organised operation of our warehouse facility.<h2>Main responsibilities:</h2>· Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations with the forklift operators to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment &amp; receivables.· General administration duties to be included i,e RF Scanning, printing &amp; manifesting delivery notes, WMS inventory control &amp; Stocktaking.· Perform regular inventory controls and keep standards high for audits.· Ensuring the yard is a safe working environment and optimize space utilization.· Ensure housekeeping standards are kept at high level throughout the warehouse and yard.· Ensure quality service standards are compliant with internal and external stakeholders.· Assist WH Manager with the operations of a purposely built timber treatment plant.· Manual handling of timber and materials at times· 95% of the role will be required on floor vs 5% admin<h2>About you</h2>· Previous experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or Operations is essential.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Experience in regulated or lean manufacturing industry· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite· Strong experience with inventory software and control systems· Forklift License essential· First Aid License desirable<h2>Benefits</h2>· Be part of a well-established global growing business with four (4) distribution centers located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide.· Stora Enso is totally committed to provide and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.· Free Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Please submit your application online via our<a href="http://storaenso.wd502.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/Stora_Enso_site_opportunities/details/Technical-Sales-and-Business-Development-Representative_JR109696"> recruitment system</a>We believe the future is made of wood – and we’re building it today.
