position will require considerable judgment and initiative to be self-proficient in addition to participating in team-oriented projects.  AE’s are expected to work on special projects to improve overall department efficiency.  AE’s will provide applications support through classroom training, phone support, and through direct work performed physically onsite at customer facilities.  Generally, the AE requires minimal supervision and have a working knowledge across multiple product lines related to failure analysis, with a heavy emphasis of transmission electron microscopy, high
