Understands customer's business and speaks their language. Develops credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment.</li><li>Leads a cross-functional project team through JR’s Project Execution Process (PEP) with overall responsibility and authority for project performance throughout the project life cycle.</li><li>Acceptance and sharing of best practices and lessons learned, continuously improving the JR Project Execution Process (PEP).</li><li>In-depth understanding of the financial details and budget of each assigned project.</li><li>Proactive decision analysis capabilities; takes into consideration size, complexity, visible and unknown risks, timelines, etc.</li><li>Uses assigned systems to communicate current and future state of project performance.</li><li>Coordinates and monitors project documentation, timelines, technical performance, budget, production, quality deliverables, and corrective action initiatives.</li><li>Supports and adheres to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines related to established quality management system (ISO 9001:2015).</li><li>Maintains working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner.</li><li>Create technical manuals using layout and graphics software to accompany machinery built in our facility.</li><li>Use cameras to create and maintain photographic and video references for machinery.</li><li>Communicate with project teams to ensure accurate documentation.</li><li>Ensure your documents meet project specifications.</li><li>Assemble hard copy and digital manuals and other documentation.</li><li>Write business correspondence to accompany documentation.</li><li>Write and ship revisions to documentation as necessary.</li><li>Assist with general documentation and business unit tasks and activities.</li><li>Handle internal and external communications as assigned, including but not limited to reference documentation, newsletters, marketing, and ISO procedures.</li></ul>Note: This list of responsibilities is inclusive; however, it is intended to be a guideline for activities.What You’ll Bring:<ul><li>Experience in direct customer commercial management and cross-functional team leaderships preferred</li><li>Strong technical background</li><li>Moderately advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and MS Project</li><li>Ability to become proficient in company systems, processes, and tools</li></ul>Disclaimer: JR Automation requires candidates to successfully complete a 10-panel drug screen, physical examination, and background check.Company Overview:  At JR Automation, A Hitachi Group Company, we discover potential, reimagine limits, and advance industry.
