From concept through to release, you’ll work on innovative architectures, distributed control systems, and diagnostic tools, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.What We’re Looking ForYou’ll have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline (or equivalent experience) and proven experience in software development for control systems. Ideally, you’ll bring automotive industry experience in bus, coach, HGV, or tier-1 suppliers, but we also welcome backgrounds in rail, aerospace, marine, or other complex engineering sectors. You should have knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, LIN, IP), experience with model-based development (Simulink/Stateflow), and the ability to work in structured, process-oriented environments.
