This role will be based at Archer’s headquarters in San Jose, California and relocation or housing will not be provided.  Archer is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join Archer. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience within the Electric Engine Control Software team.  What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Work closely with the Electric Engine Control Software engineering team to support development and verification of flight software.</li><li>Prepare technical documentation, including requirements, design, implementation, and verification cases and procedures.</li><li>Engage in problems solving efforts, offering innovative solutions and troubleshooting issues as they come up.</li><li>Participate in the development of software environment infrastructure, including CICD pipelines, Hardware- and Software-in-the-Loop testers, and Static Code Analysis tooling.</li></ul>What You Need:<ul><li>Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field at an accredited university, preferably a rising Senior</li><li>Familiarity with C and Python</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork abilities</li><li>Familiarity with full-lifecycle software development</li><li>Able to commit to a 10 week internship</li></ul> Summer 2026 Internship Program Details:<ul><li>This internship is a part of a 10-week full-time summer internship program opportunity.
