Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Present, promote and sell products to achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within agreed time period.</li><li>Deliver continuous growth of the GEA install base through development of lead and opportunity pipeline.</li><li>Develop and contribute to the business plan on sales strategies that target profit goals.</li><li>Work collaboratively to improve long-term relationships with current and new customers.</li><li>Identify new opportunities and market trends that will lead to incremental revenue growth.</li><li>Develop key account strategies for business retention and growth.</li><li>Network and build relations with industry partners that can assist market intel and growth.</li><li>Regularly assess market trends, sector position, market share.</li><li>Gather intelligence on the competitive landscape and competitor direction to develop and gain strategic advantage.</li><li>Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenue and cost against forecast and adapt methods to improve performance.</li><li>Contribute new ideas towards applications and products to promote, defend and grow the competitive position by technology leadership.</li><li>Develop value messages to promote GEA product benefits in the target space.</li><li>Actively participate in GEA team initiatives to recognize and develop different types of best practice</li><li>Maintain constructive cooperation with other Sales Representatives in the country and region.</li><li>Develop close relations with the Aftersales Service team and develop mutually beneficial activity plans to present one-face and total solution options to the customer.</li><li>Contribute to the overall development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.</li><li>Use CRM extensively to plan activity, log updates and utilize reports to improve effectiveness.</li><li>Promote teamwork, maintain a positive attitude, and support the concept of one face to our customers.</li><li>Participate in meetings, periodical and incidental.</li><li>Participating in relevant industry events, seminars and exhibitions</li><li>Other tasks assigned by Line Manager</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Higher degree in mechanical, electrical Engineering or related field</li><li>Proven at least 5-7 years experiences in sales, preferably in Foods Machinery and Well known all Foods Producer in Vietnam market</li><li>Superior commercial skills and negotiation</li><li>Good understanding of the market (customers, their location) relevant for GEA PFA in Vietnam</li><li>Good understanding some of food processing, packaging, applied components and services</li><li>Commercial skills and attitude</li><li>Analytical skills</li><li>Organizational skills</li><li>Problem-solving attitude &amp; skills</li><li>Strong commitment to achieving goals</li><li>Strong Customer orientation</li><li>Excellent communications skills - must be proficient in English, have strong listening skills and enjoy working with people</li><li>Good computer literacy including knowledge of MS Word and Excel, MS PowerPoint</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
