Your mission This is a hybrid video production role designed for someone who loves being behind the camera as much as they do in the edit suite. You’ll be hands-on with our shoots – supporting with camera, audio, lighting, and the logistics that make great content possible. Whether it’s filming in a boiler room or a YouTube studio setup, you’ll be a key part of turning technical subjects into watchable, high-performing content. When we’re not shooting, you’ll be in the edit – cutting longer-form YouTube videos and helping create vertical shorts and social clips. You’ll work closely with the Senior Editor to ensure our publishing calendar stays on track and our content feels fresh and relevant. We’re building one of the UK’s most recognisable voices in clean home energy – and this role is a big part of how that story gets told. Our Heat Geeks deliver industry-leading heat pump performance. This raises energy efficiency by 500%, on average, compared with gas boilers. This means energy bills fall&nbsp; by more than the cost of the loans that pay for the heat pump &mdash; enabling homeowners to upgrade their homes and save money every month.
