AECOM is seeking a IT Sr Manager to support our Corporate IT team. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of 2 days per week required in the office and the remaining days available for remote work. This position can be based in either Houston, TX or Dallas, TX. Job Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Value<ul><li>Continually improve the value framework to drive business awareness and education</li><li>Focus on value over solutions when developing ideas, evaluating risk and evolving needs</li><li>Establish value management as a strategic business capability  </li><li>Innovate using knowledge and awareness of industry trends to identify new opportunities</li><li>Monitor initiative progress to ensure expectations are aligned with results and value</li><li>Communicate business value of IT deliverables and challenge the business where value is not being realized</li></ul> Purpose<ul><li>Champion change for strategic plans</li><li>Develop business cases and use financial awareness to ensure new initiatives will achieve the desired outcomes</li><li>Align each IT initiative to the business strategy</li><li>Ensure value plans are completed and communicated to the business</li><li>Work with business leaders to develop future roadmaps and explore new opportunities</li></ul> Capability<ul><li>Provide leadership and knowledge empowerment for fellow Regional Relationship Managers</li><li>Collaborate as a RRM team member to actively mature the RRM discipline and develop best practices</li><li>Create RRM documents (strategic relationship plans, value plan, etc..)</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods</li><li>Strong communication skills in writing, speaking and presenting</li><li>Ability to listen, build rapport, and develop credibility as a strategic partner</li><li>Exude energy, focus, assertiveness and diplomacy to drive results</li><li>Ability to build relationships, influence and collaborate with others</li><li>Skilled and experienced at conflict negotiation and problem-solving</li><li>Capable of setting expectations with business leaders and achieving alignment and agreement</li><li>Ability to focus on value rather than solutions</li><li>Strategic thinker with global mindset</li></ul>
