<h2>Job Description: Assistant Manager – Finance</h2>Position: Assistant Manager – Finance  <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis</li><li>Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and statutory requirements</li><li>Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliances and timely filings</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders</li><li>Monitor cash flow, working capital, and project-wise cost control</li><li>Assist in MIS reporting and management dashboards</li><li>Support internal controls, audits, and process improvements</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and financial records</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com</li><li>5–8 years of relevant experience in finance &amp; accounts</li><li>Experience in consulting / infrastructure / EPC / project-based organizations preferred</li></ul><h3>Skills &amp; Competencies</h3><ul><li>Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliances</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally) and MS Excel</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills</li></ul><h3>Location</h3><ul><li>Gurgaon</li></ul>At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
