Job Description:Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Production Leadership</li><li><ul><li>Direct and manage daily production operations across robotics and AI camera assembly lines.</li><li>Establish and enforce production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase throughput.</li></ul></li><li>Quality Assurance &amp; Compliance</li><li><ul><li>Implement and monitor QA/QC standards for robotics and AI camera systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry certifications, safety regulations, and international manufacturing standards.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and maintain product reliability.</li></ul></li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration</li><li><ul><li>Partner with R&amp;D, engineering, and supply chain teams to align production with design and innovation goals.</li><li>Support new product introductions (NPI) by developing scalable production processes.</li><li>Provide executive-level reporting on production metrics, risks, and improvement strategies.</li></ul></li><li>Team Development</li><li><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.</li><li>Build training programs to upskill teams in robotics assembly, AI integration, and advanced manufacturing practices.</li></ul></li><li>Strategic Operations</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee vendor relationships and supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery of components.</li><li>Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures for production facilities.</li><li>Champion automation and digital tools to modernize production workflows.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Robotics, or related field).</li><li>5+ years of experience in production management (preferably with experience in robotics, AI, or advanced electronics).</li><li>Proven track record of scaling production in high-tech manufacturing environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of automation systems, robotics integration, and AI-enabled devices preferred.</li><li>Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.</li><li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li></ul>Nextpower offers a comprehensive benefits package.
