Supplier support &amp; user care<ul><li>Support suppliers with questions related to the platform, questionnaires, and documentation requirements</li><li>Ensure an empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented user experience</li></ul>Ticket &amp; request handling<ul><li>Handle incoming requests via CRM/ticketing systems, email, and chat</li><li>Document support cases in a structured and transparent way</li></ul>Analysis &amp; problem solving<ul><li>Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and content-related support issues</li><li>Independently prioritize, track, and follow up on support topics</li></ul>Internal collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with internal teams such as Product Management, ESG Experts, and Customer Success</li><li>Actively share insights to improve product quality and support processes</li></ul>Projects &amp; continuous improvement<ul><li>Contribute to internal initiatives such as:<ul><li>Maintaining and improving the knowledge base</li><li>Supporting webinars and training formats</li><li>Reporting and process optimization projects</li></ul></li><li>Actively help shape and continuously improve our support workflows</li></ul> What should you bring along?
