Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world.  Reimagine What’s Possible We are Air Products, a leading multinational company in the industrial sector, highly interested in having committed, motivated employees who seek professional stability as part of our team.We are looking for a Desenvolvedor de Sofware I (ML Ops Developer), whose main responsibilities will include:<ul><li>MLOps Platform: Develop, operate, and maintain the platform to accelerate AI</li><li>CI/CD Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models. </li><li>Monitoring and Logging: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure model performance and reliability. </li><li>Collaboration: Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Data Engineers and Data Scientists to streamline the model development and deployment process. </li><li>Automation: Automate model retraining and deployment workflows. </li><li>Infrastructure as Code: Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. </li><li>Infrastructure Security and Compliance: Ensure security and compliance of infrastructure and applications. </li><li>Model Governance and Security: Ensure compliance with best practices for model governance and security. </li><li>Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure and model deployment and performance. </li></ul> Job Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred. Master’s Degree a plus</li></ul><ul><li>Experience: industrial experience as an MLOps Engineer</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Bash and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) </li><li>Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) </li><li>Proven hands-on experience managing AWS resources with Terraform</li><li>Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, EventBridge, Sagemaker) </li><li>Experience with common data lake platforms such as (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Redshift) </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC)</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Experience with c3.ai a plus</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail </li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills </li></ul>At Air Products, we do not discriminate against individuals with special abilities.
