An ideal candidate would be a self-starter with experience in mechanical design, analysis, material selection and testing, project management, data collection and analysis, and report writing.  This candidate may also support installation, start-ups and field testing, troubleshooting products, repairs and maintenance to our water treatment equipment and products. There will also be hands-on work developing and executing test plans and communicating results in a timely manner. This position will support the factory/quality on performing issue root cause analysis to resolve performance related issues and propose solutions. Writing and resolving ECN as needed.  This position will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, sales, vendors and product management personnel.  Duties include part design, 3D CAD, component and material selection, qualification of new material/components, assembly design, engineering documentation, and supporting qualification tests.  The expectations are that we will work from a product roadmap from the product management team to drive growth and expansion of the product lines.
