They will manage an individual portfolio of assigned senior clients, and all aspects of their clients’ debt profile with TP ICAP, and work with the clients and colleagues to ensure each clients’ debt profile is as minimal as possible. In addition, they will be responsible for ensuring that the team they are leading fulfil their individual debt management and associated obligations, as expected. As such it may be necessary for the successful candidate to work on a shift pattern, and potentially local public holidays, in accordance with the clients they manage, and appropriate deadlines. </div><div><div>Role Responsibilities </div><div><ul><li>Day to day supervision of Accounts Receivable team members based in Manila, but covering Global Clients, in multiple locations </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Manage key client relationships, and acting as an escalation contact for lower tier clients </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Responsible for the collection of outstanding debt including correct allocation of cash received </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Act as first point of escalation in the tracking &amp; recovery of brokerage fees over a large portfolio of clients  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Provide leadership, direction, advice and guidance to the team, to maintain high levels of integrity, motivation and morale </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Organise 1:1 and team meetings </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure that staff skills or knowledge gaps are met with appropriate training and development so staff can perform their roles to their maximum capability and fulfil their potential </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure all staff who report to you are aware of how to escalate any issues which may arise </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Identify issues and escalate to senior management as appropriate </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Build a professional working relationship with clients and TP ICAP employees   </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure team members meet their key targets as agreed with management e.g. cash collection, DSO etc </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work with the Cash Team to ensure the timely and accurate posting of cash receipts into the Oracle AR sub-ledger </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Resolve all questions and queries by having a thorough understanding of all products and brokerage calculations </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Responsible for ensuring the generation, delivery and safe receipt of monthly invoices, trade recaps and Statement of Accounts for the clients you manage, and the clients that each member of your team has responsibility for. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure all revenue and invoice files are reconciled and accounted by month end deadlines </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Perform reconciliation of all debtor balances </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Create aged debt reports  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitor &amp;
