Logistics &amp; Supply Chain Coordination1. Coordinates with suppliers, manufacturers, and CS/distributors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.2. Perform logistics of drop shipments, local and export deliveries for<ul><li>PH-Calamba Entity</li><li>Thailand Entity</li><li>Invoicing &amp; preparation of Shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Tax Invoice &amp; AWB/BL).</li></ul>B. Transportation and Freight Management1. Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize cost and delivery time.2. Arrange shipment, select appropriate carriers, and negotiate freight rates.3. Track and monitor shipments to ensure on time delivery and address any delay and issues.C. Warehouse Management1. Oversee the picking and shipping of orders based on shipping instruction ensuring accuracy and timeliness.2. Coordinates the receipts storage and dispatch of goods in warehouse.3. Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation to facilitate smooth international shipments which includes:<ul><li>A review of customer’s delivery requirement like Finance release-approval, Incoterm, forwarder’s screening, and mode of shipment</li><li>Product allocation/ availability and Pick Slip printing</li><li>Invoicing &amp; preparation of Shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Tax Invoice &amp; AWB/BL).</li></ul>D. Cost Optimization and Reporting1. Analyze logistics cost and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.2. Assist in the negotiate contracts and agreement with logistics service provider to secure favorable terms and rates.3. Implement cost-effective logistics solutions without compromising quality and service level. 4. Analyze logistics data to identify trends, assess performance and make data driven decisions.5. Generate regular reports on key logistics metrics such as, transportation cost, delivery time and inventory turn- over.6. Collaborate with customer service team to address customer inquiries, delivery concerns and other logistics related issues.7. Maintains and upkeeps records of order’s shipment/ delivery files and other related documents.E. Customs and Trade Compliance1. Ensure compliance with the international shipping regulations, custom requirements, and export laws.2. Stay updated on relevant regulations and advise the organization on compliance matters.F. Ad-hoc Task1.
