Ensure follow-up on actions and deadlines</li><li>Confidentiality and discretion: Ensure the confidentiality of strategic information</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Executive/Management Assistance or proven equivalent experience</li><li>Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally in an international environment</li><li>Language skills: Full professional proficiency in French, Dutch, and English (spoken and written)</li><li>Technical skills: Excellent command of office tools (Microsoft 365)</li><li>Knowledge of collaborative and management tools: SharePoint, ERP systems</li><li>Personal qualities: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of priorities. Discretion, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Additional assets: Experience in project management or HR/Finance support.
