This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension depending on business need. </div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Utilize UI design and front-end development skills to support a rolling refresh of Terraformation’s webflow websites, creating the visual and messaging hierarchy aligned with evolving campaigns.</li><li>Support ongoing website messaging and visual updates, including prototyping and refining content for <a href="http://Terraformation.com">Terraformation.com</a>’s core landing pages.</li><li>Provide strategic communications and narrative support across Terraformation’s digital, presentation, and campaign materials to ensure clarity, cohesion, and alignment with organizational priorities.</li><li>Design, edit, and refine keystone slide decks and presentation materials in close collaboration with internal stakeholders to effectively communicate mission, projects, and strategy.</li><li>Create short-form video content from existing photo and video assets to support storytelling, engagement, and campaign amplification.</li><li>Prototype and test messaging concepts through social media posts and digital content to inform broader brand and web initiatives.</li><li>Design a variety of branded materials such as flyers, posters, and campaign collateral for events, outreach, and partnerships.</li><li>Develop images and graphics for social media, newsletters, and digital banners that reinforce brand consistency and message clarity.</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media/Interactive Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>4+ years of experience in graphic design, digital communications, or related fields, with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and executional work.</li><li>2+ years of experience designing and maintaining Webflow websites.</li><li>Familiarity with web/UI design principles; front-end development experience is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and presentation software.</li><li>Demonstrated experience designing presentations, digital campaigns, and brand-forward assets for external audiences.</li><li>Experience with video editing tools and short-form digital content creation.</li><li>Strong storytelling instincts and ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals and narratives.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across channels.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Passion for climate solutions, sustainability, and mission-driven work.</li></ul><br><div><b>About Terraformation</b></div><div><br></div><div>Terraformation is committed to addressing climate change through the power of native forest restoration.
