In this role, you will support ChargePoint with maintaining corporate subsidiary compliance matters, facilitating corporate record keeping, assisting with corporate filings, managing commercial contract assignments, legal operations, and much more.In addition to the Legal team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance &amp; Accounting, Stock Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Information Security, and Product.
