We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</div>What You’ll Do<ul><li>Help build aircraft subsystems integration test labs</li><li>Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and have the ability to understand common electrical symbols and components</li><li>Repair and replace aircraft subsystem components in a lab environment</li><li>Maintain lab documentation for lab modifications, repairs and upgrades</li><li>Inspect the work of other technicians to ensure quality and conformity with design specifications</li><li>Assist in troubleshooting subsystems integration issues</li><li>Fabricate and ring-out wiring harnesses for testing / debugging purposes </li><li>Follow proper working techniques for cleanliness, reliability and quality</li></ul>What You Need<ul><li>2-3 years of experience as an electrical technician in aviation, aerospace or similar industry</li><li>Technical skills and expertise in avionics and aircraft subsystems operation and troubleshooting</li><li>Hands on experience cutting, splicing and crimping wires to fabricate a wide variety of harnesses types</li><li>Extreme attention to detail and high expectations for quality technical work</li><li>Ability to replace various subsystems components</li><li>A safety conscious mindset for ensuring the wellbeing of all working in the labs</li></ul>Bonus Qualifications<ul><li>A&amp;P License </li><li>Inspection Authorization (IA)</li><li>Experience with FAA type certification and conformal test setups</li><li>Familiarity with high voltage systems</li></ul>For this position, we are targeting a base pay between $90,000 - $115000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
