You will develop and implement asset management policies, maintain accurate inventory records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs and regulatory requirements.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain asset lifecycle standards, policies, and controls.</li><li>Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets globally.</li><li>Ensure compliance with standards, metrics, and licensing requirements through reporting and monitoring.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory in Xylem’s IT Asset Management systems and ensure data integrity.</li><li>Oversee software licensing to avoid oversubscription and reduce underutilization.</li><li>Conduct regular audits, analyze results, remediate findings, and report outcomes.</li></ul>Required QualificationsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Information Technology or a related field.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum of 4 years of hands-on IT Asset Management experience.</li><li>6–8+ years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure.</li></ul>Technical Expertise<ul><li>Proficiency with SNOW/Flexera IT asset management platforms and ServiceNow CMDB architecture and processes.</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure for licensing, entitlements, and inventory management.</li></ul><div></div><div>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Proven ability to build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.</li><li>Expertise in budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.</li><li>Highly adaptable to evolving business and technology landscapes.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed.</li><li>Skilled in research and problem-solving for product and service-related issues.</li><li>Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and deliver results in fast-paced environments.</li></ul>Certifications:<ul><li>Asset Management certification from an accredited organization (IBSMA, SIIA, IAITAM, or BSA).</li><li>ITIL Foundations certification.</li></ul></div></div>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
