Reporting directly to the Director of Sales &amp; Operations – Canada, with oversight from the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing, this role localizes global marketing strategy, executes Canada-specific tactics, and ensures that campaigns, content, and messaging reflect the unique characteristics of the Canadian market.</div><div>This is an individual-contributor role functioning like a startup environment: hands-on, versatile, and able to move between strategic thinking and tactical execution.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Localization &amp; Content Adaptation</h3><ul><li>Adapt U.S. marketing campaigns for the Canadian market, including copy, messaging, product positioning, and EN/FR-CA content where applicable.</li><li>Manage the Canada marketing calendar; coordinate timing with U.S. performance, lifecycle, and brand teams.</li><li>Build and execute Canada-specific B2B email campaigns for current and prospective dealers.</li><li>“Canada-fy” existing creative assets by collaborating with the creative team weekly on localized versions.</li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional Marketing Execution</h3><ul><li>Prepare specifications for Canada landing pages, product pages, and promotional banners on Shopify.</li><li>Partner bi-monthly with the U.S. performance team on geo-targeting and tactical ad setup.</li><li>Coordinate as-needed with U.S. lifecycle on DTC localization and B2B sends.</li></ul><h3>Dealer &amp; Channel Support</h3><ul><li>Produce regionalized dealer one-pagers, sales enablement kits, and sell-in decks.</li><li>Support dealers bi-monthly with marketing advice, content access, or regional merchandising needs.</li></ul><h3>Event Support</h3><ul><li>Lead Canadian event execution in partnership with the U.S. events team, including logistics, promotion, and booth collateral.</li></ul><h3>Data &amp; Optimization</h3><ul><li>Manage weekly reporting for Canadian traffic, sales, paid performance, and dealer metrics.</li><li>Recommend incremental adjustments to improve performance at the regional level.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>3–5 years of broad marketing experience across digital, CRM, or content.</li><li>Comfort operating as the “local marketing owner” without a direct team.</li><li>Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.</li><li>French language ability is an asset.</li></ul><h3>Initial 90-Day Deliverables</h3><ul><li>Completed annual Canada marketing calendar.</li><li>Localized priority assets and Canadianized messaging.</li><li>First B2B dealer outreach campaign launched.</li></ul><h3>Keys to Success:</h3><ul><li>DATA DRIVEN – you thrive on data and use it to guide your decision making, recommendations, and priorities.</li><li>NIMBLE – you can work in ambiguity and are committed to helping Aventon level up.
