Seurat has raised over $180M and is backed by leading venture partners like Capricorn, NVentures (NVIDIA), True Ventures, General Motors Ventures, Denso, Porsche SE, SIP global partners, Honda, Xerox Ventures/Myriad Venture Partners, Cubit Capital, Siemens Energy, and Maniv Mobility.</p></div><p>We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to add to our team.</p><p>Job Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Operate the CNC machine daily, including fixturing, running programs, and maintenance.</li><li>Use CAD/CAM software to program 3-axis milling machines to machine complex metallicstructures and components. 4th and 5th Axis experience are a bonus.</li><li>Design complex fixturing.</li><li>Select tooling and maintain the tool library.</li><li>Support the Applications Team (R&amp;D) with DFM (design for manufacturing).</li><li>Assist with the procurement of additional milling/manufacturing equipment.</li><li>Operate auxiliary manufacturing equipment (bandsaw, furnace, media blast, etc.) while maintaining the shop in a clean and organized condition.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:<br><em>Required</em></p><ul><li>10+ years of combined experience operating and programming CNC machinery</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Work effectively with cross-functional and multidisciplinary team environment.</li><li>Travel up to 10%.</li></ul><p><em>Preferred</em></p><ul><li>Associate degree or above in engineering disciplines.</li><li>Experience with a variety of materials (aluminum, stainless steels, titanium and nickel-based alloys, etc.)</li><li>Experience with Autodesk Fusion/Solidworks CAM</li><li>Experience in machining metal additive-manufactured parts</li><li>Experience with Haas Equipment</li><li>Experience of working in commercial metal AM manufacturing facilities (service bureaus,<br>manufacturing divisions, laboratories, etc.) is strongly preferred.</li></ul><div><div><div><p>Massachusetts Salary Range</p></div><div>Salary Range</div><div><span>$78,000</span><span>—</span><span>$90,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div><p>Seurat Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values employees with a broad cross-cultural perspective.
