Protects, promotes, and enhances AECOM’s brand and reputation, supports the organization in delivering strong results, aligns storytelling to key business priorities, elevates leadership profiles, and spotlights employees and their work to enrich the candidate and employee experience. Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare, format, ensure quality, publish and track content across several online platforms using various content management systems</li><li>Coordinate between key stakeholders including writers, editors and other teams</li><li>Manage internal and external content development, including editorial calendars, project trackers, newsletters and award submissions</li><li>Research, outline, write, edit, and proofread communications materials and ensure messages reach target audiences</li><li>Leverage communication programs, message platforms, assets, and channels to support business priorities </li><li>Track impact of marketing campaigns through performance dashboards, metrics, and analytics</li><li>Monitor inbound emails received via the company’s general mailbox and respond to general to moderately complex inquiries</li><li>Create media contact list and ensure proper contact management in various communications tools and platforms</li><li>Monitor and write summaries regarding AECOM’s daily press coverage  </li><li>Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to manager</li><li>Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures</li><li>Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues</li><li>Contribute to various and simultaneous process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity</li><li>May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes </li></ul>
