Leveraging extensive experience from past RTG programs, this role ensures successful execution of final RTG assembly and supports knowledge transfer to both the MMRTG and NextGen RTG teams.<div></div>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as primary point of contact for MMRTG assembly, outgassing, and ambient air testing activities.</li><li>Provide technical guidance on NextGen RTG fabrication tasks.</li><li>Review current procedures and train new staff on updated processes.</li><li>Partner with the Project Program Manager to lead program execution, including team planning and milestone meetings.</li><li>Participate in readiness reviews and support customer status calls as needed.</li><li>Mentor and coach current engineering staff to build technical capability.</li></ul><div></div>Qualifications:<ul><li>Extensive experience with RTG assembly and testing processes.</li><li>Strong knowledge of materials engineering principles and fabrication techniques.</li><li>Proven ability to mentor and train technical teams.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul><div></div>Work Schedule:Part-time role, not to exceed 12 hours per week.  Salary Range: $169,400.00-$225,900.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
