They are looking for an outstanding individual to join the team located in Devault as a Maintenance Technician III.  </div><div> </div><div>The Maintenance Technician III will be responsible for providing general mechanical and electrical maintenance and upkeep of the equipment and building.  Other tasks include working with production to increase efficiencies and reduce downtime, provide preventative maintenance, and assist in completing work orders. </div><div> </div><div>TASKS, DUTIES, &amp; GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES </div><div><ul><li>LOTO training on all equipment types, prove to be proficient in all areas via LOTO audits </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Assist with equipment moving, set up, and leveling </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Pre-start up lubrication on critical equipment such as forming equipment, stuffers, and IQF spirals </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>On the job training and assisting other technicians with support repair work, preventive maintenance work, and project work  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Willingness and skill to be a powered industrial truck operator, in order to move or assist in moving small equipment, parts and/or supplies </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain and clean tools, parts, equipment and maintenance areas as required by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at a food manufacturing facility </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Learn basic assembly and operation of primary plant equipment, forming equipment, stuffers, IQF spiral, packing equipment, labelers and date coders </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Use of troubleshooting tools, such as a Digital Multi-Meter (DMM), Meggar (Mega-Ohmmeter), temperature probes, etc. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Basic machine troubleshooting </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to check for primary power supply, air supply, water supply, etc.,  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Provide basic knowledge of 480V, 240V and 120V power </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>General repairs to include conveyor belt, V-belt, pneumatic fittings, hose, tubes hydraulic fittings, replacements and testing after replacement for machine functionality </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability and skill to operate scissors lift, forklift, and other industrial equipment upon completion of training </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance repairs  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Respond to all emergency line calls quickly and cooperatively </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Responsible for all equipment for manufacturing, distributing, and maintaining safe quality food by following good manufacturing practices, food defense, HACCP, and SQF requirements </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain maintenance standards for efficiencies, continuous improvement, safety, and quality </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Responsible for maintaining and servicing production equipment, completing work orders, and documenting activities  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maximize OEE, fulfilling preventative and predictive maintenance programs, root cause analysis, BBSO’s, and driving corrective actions  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Setup and operate various power tools and equipment  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintaining a safety-first culture </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain a clean degree or technical degree from a trade school and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience in manufacturing preferred. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>7+ years of experience in a food and/or beverage manufacturing environment preferred. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Valid driver’s license </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Other qualifications: </div><div><ul><li>Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus, not a requirement (DEPA only) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Flexibility to work any/all shifts to support a high growth work environment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to work extended shifts, weekends, and holidays sometimes with short or no notice. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Must be with experience** The starting hourly base pay for this role is starting USD $25.00 per hour.
