Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Checking of existing and new parts, upkeep of engineering information and document control within SAP and PDM system.</li><li>Creation of new parts into SAP as dictated by engineering.</li><li>Creation of ECN and performing BOM changes as dictated by engineering.</li><li>Collate and manage all documents within a technical enquiry.</li><li>Obtain necessary documents from appropriate departments e.g. drawings and company procedures.</li><li> ‘Flag up’ document issues.</li><li>Actively track and control engineering specific documents through “cradle to grave”. (customer material specifications, piping specifications, etc…)</li><li>Set up databases for documents and ensure they are properly organized and easily accessible.</li><li>Ensure documents are properly archived.</li><li>Maintaining existing engineering data.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Technical Certificate/Diploma an advantage but not essential.</li><li>Experience with technical documentation and revision control.</li><li>Good written and communication skills.</li><li>Meticulous and organized.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft office application, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Experience in manufacturing and Engineering environment will be an advantage.</li><li>Experience with SAP will be an advantage.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
