This is a high-energy position, requiring high flexibility, proactive and persistent interactions with clients. This role can be pursued remotely from anywhere in Canada, ideally situated near a major airport. </div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>As a Regional Sales Manager, you will work closely with our incumbent partners to generate new opportunities and close deals consistently. </li><li>You will manage and develop reseller partnerships across the region as well as close direct business together with our dealers. </li><li>You will generate partner leads, and negotiate new partner agreements. </li><li>You will develop sales strategies to expand Wingtra’s footprint in the Canadian market</li><li>Expand  relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet our customers objectives</li><li>Learn about customer use cases,  market opportunities and post-process customer learnings for Wingtra’s strategy development</li><li>Develop relationships with prospective customers (inbound &amp; outbound) to identify their potential needs and qualify them as sales opportunities</li><li>Being a strong promoter of our product and brand on the target market</li><li>Create and maintain customer data in CRM tools (Hubspot)</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience (3-5 years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience</li><li>The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling to target customers and at the same time building lasting relationships with distribution partners</li><li>Comfortable driving both large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and dynamically closing smaller faster-paced inbound opportunities</li><li>Experience providing solutions based on customer needs</li><li>Tech savviness working with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools</li><li>Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)</li><li>Ability to acquire Transport Canada’s Basic Pilot Certification</li></ul><h3>Plus</h3><ul><li>Business Command of French</li><li>Expertise in surveying and mapping around the mining, engineering, and construction verticals. </li><li>Previous experience in working with image post-processing softwares like Pix4D, Agisoft, TBC, Leica, ESRI</li></ul><br><div>If you enjoy teamwork more than being the individual superhero, and if you thrive in a feedback-driven culture and an exciting, unconventional yet structured and progressive start-up environment, we would love to hear from you.</div>
