This individual will play a critical role in shaping Lucid’s product and market strategy by translating insights into actionable business recommendations that fuel growth and competitive advantage.</span><span> </span></p><p><span>You will work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to evaluate market trends, define content and feature value, and help guide product decisions that resonate with our customers and strengthen Lucid’s market position.</span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong><span>Key Responsibilities</span></strong><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic product decisions.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Develop and present data-driven recommendations to enhance product positioning, improve profitability, and drive market share expansion.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Collaborate closely with Program Management and Sales teams to assess product content, feature valuation, and lifecycle optimization.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Support go-to-market strategies and ensure product messaging aligns with Lucid’s brand vision and business objectives.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Coordinate commercial launch activities, ensuring cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, PR communications, Service, Program Management, IT, and regional teams for new vehicle launches, model year changes, and software OTA GTM strategies, with timely execution </span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional partners.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Monitor key performance indicators to track product performance and market impact.</span><span> </span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><strong><span>Basic Qualifications</span></strong><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>5–10 years of professional experience in product marketing, product planning, or business strategy — </span><strong><span>automotive industry experience strongly preferred.</span></strong><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Proficient in </span><strong><span>data analysis, Excel, and business modeling</span></strong><span>; experience with BI or data visualization tools is a plus.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into compelling stories and recommendations.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with senior stakeholders.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Project management expertise with strong cross-functional collaboration skill </span><span> </span></li><li><span>A passion for technology, innovation, and the evolving mobility landscape.</span><span> </span></li></ul><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
