If you want the opportunity of your life, come build physical AI with us.<h2>What we’re looking for</h2>We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to work directly with leading energy traders and utilities, helping them get the most out of Jua’s AI-powered weather intelligence platform.This role sits at the intersection of customer success and sales engineering. You’ll combine technical expertise with commercial ownership, supporting customers through onboarding and integration while driving renewals, upsells, and long-term account growth. You’ll work closely with customers to turn data into decisions and ensure Jua’s technology directly improves their trading performance. You’ll own the full post-sale relationship and play an active role in pre-sales discussions when needed.<h2>Responsibilities and tasks</h2><ul style=""><li>Build strong, trust-based relationships with key customers and act as their main point of contact post-sale.</li><li>Lead onboarding and technical integrations, helping customers connect to Jua’s APIs, data pipelines, and analytics tools.</li><li>Define goals, success metrics, and ROI in collaboration with customers to ensure measurable impact on their trading outcomes</li><li>Analyze and communicate weather and market data insights that influence trading strategies and decision-making</li><li>Manage renewals, upsells, and cross-sells in close partnership with the sales team, identifying opportunities for account expansion</li><li>Track account health, usage, and satisfaction, and take proactive steps to resolve any issues</li><li>Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface insights, feedback, and feature requests from customers, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.</li><li>Represent Jua at customer meetings, workshops, and industry events, acting as the key link between internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul><h2>Need-to-have</h2><ul style=""><li>3–5 years of experience in key account management, customer success, or technical solutions roles, within a startup environment</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, visualization, APIs, and workflow troubleshooting</li><li>Familiarity with energy trading markets and how weather data influences trading decisions</li><li>Ability to interpret and explain weather data and forecasts to both technical and commercial stakeholders</li><li>Proven success managing renewals, upsells, or account expansion in a technical or data-driven context</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the proven ability to collaborate effectively across sales, product, and engineering</li><li>A high degree of ownership, adaptability, and curiosity, with the drive to move fast and deliver meaningful results</li></ul>Please note: We prioritise your answers to the application questions over your CV, so we encourage you to complete them as thoughtfully and thoroughly as possible.At Jua, we foster a performance culture and value people who embody our beliefs of service and adventure.
