We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Process Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for Design and process for wastewater treatment plant.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign &amp; Engineering<ul><li>Generate conceptual layouts, designs, and process schemes for wastewater treatment plants.</li><li>Perform process design calculations and analyses for physical, chemical and biological treatment systems.</li><li>Design sludge treatment systems (thickening, digestion, dewatering) and odour control systems.</li><li>Develop wastewater treatment process models using BioWin (or equivalent).</li><li>Complete hydraulic calculations, including pump sizing and yard piping hydraulics.</li><li>Prepare basis of design documents, technical reports, construction specifications.</li><li>Perform Hazardous Area Classification for electrical and mechanical equipment in treatment facilities.</li><li>Participate in HAZOP and CHAZOP studies to identify and mitigate process and control hazards.</li></ul>Site &amp; Construction Support<ul><li>Observe and document site conditions, including photologs.</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Equipment Coordination<ul><li>Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to determine equipment selections</li></ul>Project Management Support<ul><li>Work with the Team Leaders to develop proposals, scopes of work, project work plans, budgets, schedules, and safe work plans.</li><li>Participate in client meetings, technical reviews, and progress reporting.</li></ul>
