Join our outstanding team and help shape the future of energy. Position Specific DescriptionOur Business Services Department is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their team in Jupiter, FL.  The selected candidate for this role is expected to have experience in Financial Planning &amp; Analysis or related areas.    This role will: •    Develop annual area budget requests. •    Identify emerging or contingency items that may require additional funding throughout the year. •    Prepare detailed variance reports and contribute to long range planning objectives. •    Generate financial forecasts and perform budget analysis. •    Provide comprehensive financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions. •    Track and analyze financial activities to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. •    Communicate financial positions clearly and effectively to leadership. •    Formulate recommendations and corrective actions to ensure financial targets are achieved. •    Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and peers.
