The Spare Parts Coordinator is responsible for managing spare parts quotations, order handling, and coordination activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers, while supporting service sales and maintaining high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities / TasksJob Description<ul><li>Prepare spare parts quotations and follow up with customers in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Act as a key coordination point for customers on spare parts–related matters, maintaining regular communication and managing expectations.</li><li>Execute and manage spare parts order confirmations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) in accordance with internal processes and approval requirements.</li><li>Apply for and maintain material codes in MDMS to support spare parts transactions.</li><li>Support and execute monthly Service Push initiatives in coordination with the service sales team.</li><li>Manage and process warranty claims for spare parts, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through.</li><li>Ensure timely, proactive, and transparent updates to customers on order status, delivery schedules, and any deviations.</li><li>Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (service sales, service logistics, finance, and field service teams) to ensure smooth spare parts execution.</li><li>Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and order data in CRM and related systems.</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsProfessional Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in spare parts coordination, customer service, service operations, or order management is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM, SAP, MDMS, or similar systems is an advantage.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.</li><li>Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.</li></ul>Personal Profile<ul><li>Customer-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.</li><li>Structured, reliable, and execution driven.</li><li>Proactive communicator who follows through on commitments.</li><li>Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.</li><li>Comfortable operating in a service-driven, fast-paced, and international environment.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
