This position will be responsible for Management and mentoring a team size of 6 – 8 members.</p><p>This position reports directly to the Global AP + Shared Services Manager (based in North America).</p><p><br><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Manage and mentor the AP team to achieve performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs).</li><li>Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration</li><li>Oversee invoice receipt, validation, approval workflows, and payment processing.</li><li>Guide and ensure accurate matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.</li><li>Implement and monitor policies related to travel, expenses, and vendor payments</li><li>Standardization and automation of AP processes across regions</li><li>Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and implement best practices</li><li>Manage supplier relationships, resolve disputes, and reconcile supplier statements.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations</li><li>Prepare and Action AP metrics, aging reports, and cash flow forecasts.</li><li>Oversee ERP systems and expense platforms (e.g., Basware, JDE and Concur).</li><li>Champion digital transformation initiatives within the Purchase-to-Pay process.</li><li>Support Master Data Management (MDM) updates and maintenance.</li><li>Participate in ad-hoc projects and provide transactional support as requested</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills and Qualifications:</b></p><p><b>Must Have:</b></p><ul><li>B.
