This network strengthens grid stability - a critical foundation for scaling AI data centers and other energy-intensive industries.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and record management.</li><li>Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.</li><li>Assist in preparing employment contracts, letters, and internal HR communications.</li><li>Support the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance procedures.</li><li>Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and validating attendance, leave records, and employee changes.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle general employee inquiries and escalate issues when needed.</li><li>Support performance review cycles.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1–2 years of experience in HR, people operations, or administrative roles (startup experience is a plus).</li><li>Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with HRIS/ATS tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with employees across all levels.</li><li>Basic understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance processes.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Biannual bonus scheme</li><li>Fully expensed tech to match your needs</li><li>Paid annual leave</li><li>Breakfast and dinner allowance for office based employees</li></ul>
