This pivotal role is focused on ensuring a positive customer experience and increased uptime of battery systems.What You'll Do<ul style=""><li>Audit data with SQL or similar tools to ensure the integrity and accuracy of deployment-related data across various systems.</li><li>Design and implement internal processes for scaling the deployment pipeline, focusing on data collection, quality assurance, and workflow efficiency.</li><li>Build internal tools and dashboards (e.g., using Python, JavaScript, and various dashboarding platforms) to automate workflows and provide real-time visibility into key operational metrics.</li><li>Perform data analytics on the deployment pipeline to identify bottlenecks, measure process effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to translate operational needs into technical requirements for internal tools and data models.</li><li>Set up and maintain data collection systems that enable comprehensive tracking of hardware deployment and performance.</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation for internal tools, data models, and new operational processes.</li></ul>What You'll Bring<ul style=""><li>Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.</li><li>2+ years of experience in a role focused on data analysis, process engineering, or internal tools development.</li><li>Comfortable with SQL or similar database query languages; ability to write complex queries to extract and analyze data.</li><li>A strong data-driven mindset and proven ability to transform data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in building and developing processes that are scalable, repeatable, and documented.</li><li>Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for tool development and data manipulation.</li><li>Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Metabase).</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Our Values</h2><ul style=""><li>First Principles Thinking: Question assumptions.
