Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Develop new and improved products to meet customer demands in a rapid and timely manner.</li><li>Provide rapid and timely technical service, assisting Sales, operations, and customers.</li><li>Work closely with Sales to develop and recommend products, as well as application equipment and techniques.</li><li>Support Sales during field trial and customer complaint that may require travelling to customer site as and when needed.</li><li>Assist manufacturing operations in the development and implementation of new/modified production methods to improve quality and increase profitability.</li><li>Prepare and analyze field samples to aid product-line chemists and Technical Service/Sales in providing the customer with timely responses to their needs.</li><li>Perform separation procedures to qualify and quantify the composition of competitive products obtained by Sales.</li><li>Provide technical support to all company departments.</li><li>Effectively interface with suppliers in identifying and qualifying new raw materials.</li><li>Organize and summarize work in the form of technical reports.</li><li>Maintain lab 5S, and ensure safe workplace, follow compliance as per company norms and local authority.</li><li>Characterize, handle, label, and inspect hazardous waste in accordance with environmental regulations.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Master’s degree in chemistry or related field.</li><li>Approximately ten years of industrial experience, including formulating or an advanced degree in Chemistry or related field.</li><li>Ability to establish priorities and meet target deadlines.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
