In addition to designing the hardware, the job also includes participating in the entire product development process all the way from designing the product requirements to product launch and mass production of exciting next generation high value-added instruments, using state of the art technology.Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop precision, high‑speed, RF analog, and mixed‑signal circuitry for next‑generation probes and oscilloscope acquisition systems.</li><li>Prepare documentation to support product planning and system architecture.</li><li>Create schematics and oversee the layout of complex high‑frequency PCBs, including ceramic and organic packages.</li><li>Design test fixtures and implement automated test routines to validate prototypes.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—Marketing, Electrical, Software, Mechanical, and Manufacturing engineers—to transform concepts into market‑ready products.</li><li>Provide ongoing support and review product modifications throughout their operational lifecycle.</li></ul>Required Education and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with 2+ years of electronic design experience, or</li><li>Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with entry‑level electronic design experience.</li></ul>Core Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<ul><li>Strong logical thinking and rapid learning ability, with a genuine drive to expand knowledge.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of high‑speed analog design, signal integrity, transmission lines, RF, and microwave principles.</li><li>Proficiency in analyzing circuits in both frequency and time domains.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive meetings, conduct design reviews, and create clear technical content (drawings, slides, graphs) to explain complex systems/data.</li><li>Broad knowledge of electronic design, including power supplies, microcontrollers, clocking, transistor‑level design, and PCBA technologies.</li><li>Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical, Software, QA, Manufacturing).</li><li>Skilled in using test equipment such as digital oscilloscopes and network analyzers; familiar with calibration, automation, and SMD soldering.</li><li>Competence in design simulation and analysis using tools like Orcad, PSpice, Excel, Ansys, and MATLAB.</li><li>Ability to script in Python, VB, or similar languages for measurement automation and data analysis.</li></ul><ul><li>Capable of managing projects or subsystems with attention to schedule, cost, and material requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Foundational understanding of digital signal processing theory.</li></ul>  Salary Range: $72,600.00-$96,800.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
