Risk Assessment<ul><li>Support strategic evaluation of options to reshape the technology estate and broader COO cost base, including assessing risks, benefits, and financial implications.</li><li>Review, challenge, and validate external and internal business cases related to COO infrastructure change and transformation.</li><li>Collaborate with the Group Transformation Programme (COMPASS) and project leads to ensure a consistent, integrated approach to financial oversight.</li><li>Develop mechanisms to track and measure benefits from change initiatives, ensuring they are delivered and sustained over time.</li></ul></div><div>Experience &amp;
