Governance<ul><li>Own the coordination of the budgeting and forecasting cycle for the COO perimeter, ensuring alignment with Group Finance processes.</li><li>Provide guidance on key metrics, KPIs, budgeting methodologies, and financial expectations.</li><li>Periodically review accounting treatment of costs to ensure compliance with IFRS and Group accounting guidance.</li></ul>Transformation, Cost Review &amp; Risk Assessment<ul><li>Support strategic evaluation of options to reshape the technology estate and broader COO cost base, including assessing risks, benefits, and financial implications.</li><li>Review, challenge, and validate external and internal business cases related to COO infrastructure change and transformation.</li><li>Collaborate with the Group Transformation Programme (COMPASS) and project leads to ensure a consistent, integrated approach to financial oversight.</li><li>Develop mechanisms to track and measure benefits from change initiatives, ensuring they are delivered and sustained over time.</li></ul></div><div>Experience &amp;
