Answering payroll related queries from the business and employees, along with assisting on adhoc requests and projects.Role Responsibilities <ul><li>Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all company payrolls.</li><li>Provide advice and guidance to staff, management and HR relating to non-UK transfers</li><li>Ensure all international relocations and assignments are processed correctly on Workday</li><li>Provide first line of support to the Payroll Administrator in processing all monthly payrolls</li><li>Support the end to end processing of company monthly payrolls.</li><li>Liaise with staff and management on payroll related queries, escalating when necessary</li><li>Liaise with HR to ensure accuracy of employee data</li><li>Contribute to ad-hoc reporting and projects when required</li></ul>Experience/Competencies Essential<ul><li>Experience of running in-house large/complex payroll system</li><li>Strong understanding of UK PAYE requirements and principles</li><li>Experience of working with outsourced payroll providers</li><li>Detailed knowledge of key global mobility processes with respect to payroll matters</li><li>Experience of dealing with complex employee queries</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Data accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships </li><li>Ability to work with &amp; manipulate large datasets</li><li>Ability to analyse problems, propose remedies and implement a solution</li><li>Ability to react to changing requirements and adjust processes and approach</li><li>Ability to recognise what needs to be done and complete with minimal supervision</li><li>Ability to work to tight deadlines</li><li>Strong personal organisational and project management skills</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Experience working in the financial services sector</li><li>Experience of using Workday Payroll</li><li>Experience and knowledge of payroll requirements in non-UK locations</li><li>Experience of payroll projects &amp; integrations </li><li>CIPP qualification/membership</li></ul>#LI-Hybrid #LI-ASO # NIJobsNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
