The role involves managing design packages, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring that project deliverables meet established standards, deadlines, and budget requirements. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project coordination within infrastructure or transportation projects.<ul><li>Support the Stations Technical Manager in architectural design and delivery of EJV Design Packages according to the agreed schedule.</li><li>Ensure complete interdisciplinary coordination, verifying all design elements are fully defined, free of gaps, and ready for estimating.</li><li>Align architectural designs with project requirements, regulatory approvals, and the construction team’s strategies and preferences.</li><li>Coordinate with external stakeholders (municipalities, transit authorities, government agencies, property owners) to resolve design issues, manage timelines, and ensure quality, cost, and safety standards are met.</li><li>Manage commercial aspects, including monthly invoicing and tracking of project-related costs.</li><li>Oversee and execute quality review processes for design submittals, ensuring compliance with project standards and requirements.</li><li>Utilize architectural software for modeling, drafting, and clash detection to support design and coordination efforts.</li><li>Contribute to problem-solving and propose effective design solutions to address project challenges.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Station Technical Manager.</li></ul><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>Required Skills and Competencies</div></div></div></div></div></div></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.</li><li>3+ years of professional experience in architectural design, project coordination, or related roles. Experience in infrastructure or transportation projects preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building materials.</li><li>Proven experience in interdisciplinary design coordination across multiple design and engineering disciplines.</li><li>Familiarity with project management concepts, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.</li><li>Strong technical writing skills for preparing and reviewing project documentation, reports, and submittals.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external stakeholders.</li><li>Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify gaps, ensure design accuracy, and propose solutions.</li><li>Proficient in architectural design software, 3D modeling, and clash detection tools.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and enforce high levels of coordination.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Total compensation for this role includes an annual salary in the range of $75k- $110k depending on working experience, education, and certifications, benefits, vacation pay, sick pay, training , and RSP matching contribution.We are committed to creating an accessible and barrier‑free recruitment process and workplace.
