We work as a team and we’re proud of the difference we make to customers, to local communities, and towards a sustainable future for the world.We’re looking for Inventory Lead, based in Doncaster, to drive inventory optimisation and improve working capital across multiple sites across the UK and IrelandWhy Aggreko?Here are some of the perks and rewards:<ul><li>Generous benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance)</li><li>Generous holiday entitlement, with option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell’</li><li>A focus on continued personal development</li><li>Paid time off work for volunteering in the community</li><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle</li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Lead inventory optimisation across UK&amp;I locations, ensuring accurate stock levels and reducing excess/obsolete inventory.</li><li>Carry out inventory and CDH counts, audits, and quarterly MRP reviews across UK&amp;I sites.</li><li>Maintain system-level control of warehouse locations, ensuring ERP and MRP accuracy.</li><li>Analyse and report on slow-moving and excessive stock to support operational and financial decisions.</li><li>Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and European Inventory teams to implement best practices.</li><li>Promote supplier and pricing improvements to enhance inventory efficiency.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Proven experience in inventory management, ideally in a multi-site operational environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of inventory lifecycles, MRP principles, and ERP systems.</li><li>Ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical improvements.</li><li>Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>You must have a Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.</li><li>Self-motivated, commercially aware, and focused on delivering results.</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.
