This role will reside at our Trujillo office. This role is essential in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology systems, encompassing both end-user support and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a solid understanding of networking and clustering concepts, and experience managing enterprise IT environments.</div><div>This position requires a hands-on professional capable of balancing troubleshooting and system administration while collaborating with a team of IT professionals to enhance technology operations.</div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, including servers, switches, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.</li><li>Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings.</li><li>Manage asset inventory and infrastructure deployments through direct contact with vendors and contractors.</li><li>Support IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations, updating or creating documentation when needed.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configurations.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience 5+ years). </li><li>Proven experience in IT administration, technical support, or a similar role.
