This role will be based at Archer’s headquarters in San Jose, California and relocation or housing will not be provided.  What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Support the Aircraft Integration team across systems engineering, integrated ground and flight testing, and flight sciences from a program management perspective. This role provides hands-on exposure to cross-functional aircraft development, schedule management, technical program milestone execution, and technical data organization in a fast-paced engineering environment.</li></ul>What You Need:<ul><li>Pursuing a degree in Aerospace, Systems, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with multiple engineering and program teams</li><li>Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for documentation, tracking, and presentations</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to synthesize technical information into clear status, risks, and action items</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic development environment</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines</li><li>Coursework or project exposure to systems engineering, testing, aircraft, or program management preferred</li></ul> Summer 2026 Internship Program Details:<ul><li>This internship is a part of a 10-week full-time summer internship program opportunity.
