Role: Sr. Product Associate Location: New York, NY, 4-5 days a week in the Tribeca office<h3>About the Role</h3>We are looking for a versatile, execution-oriented Product Manager to help build and evolve Ethic’s core platform, client-facing experiences, and internal tools. You will work across a range of product initiatives, contributing to platform scalability, reporting, and overall client experience.<h3>What You’ll Do:</h3>Feature Execution &amp; Delivery<ul><li style="font-size:12pt;">Own the end-to-end delivery of product features and initiatives, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Collaborate with Engineering and Design to execute against the roadmap, balancing scope, timelines, and technical trade-offs. </li></ul>Product Discovery &amp; Insights<ul><li style="font-size:12pt;">Gather and synthesize user feedback, stakeholder input, and product data to inform prioritization and feature decisions. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Use qualitative and quantitative insights to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement. </li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li style="font-size:12pt;">Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Client Success, Growth, Sustainability, and Operations to capture requirements and align on priorities. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Communicate progress clearly, surface risks early, and keep teams aligned throughout the development lifecycle. </li></ul>Platform &amp; Reporting Experience<ul><li style="font-size:12pt;">Contribute to the evolution of Ethic’s client-facing platform and internal tooling. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Support product initiatives related to reporting, data presentation, and overall usability of the platform. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Help ensure features meet high standards for clarity, accuracy, and user experience. </li></ul>Design &amp; Engineering Partnership<ul><li style="font-size:12pt;">Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Work closely with Design on user flows and UX decisions, and with Engineering to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. </li></ul><h3>What You Bring:</h3><ul><li style="font-size:12pt;">5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering features against a roadmap. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Experience working on B2C or user-facing products, ideally in a fintech or technology-driven environment. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Familiarity with investment or financial products and the core functionality of financial platforms. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Strong ability to define user flows and collaborate on UX, even if you are not a designer. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Experience working with data-driven products, reporting features, or analytics-driven decision-making. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Ability to learn new domains quickly and operate across multiple problem spaces.
