The role works closely with construction, technical, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure all Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITPs), quality records, and Non-Conformance processes are effectively managed and fully compliant.<ul><li>Maintain material traceability for materials received, installed, or fabricated.</li><li>Maintain and update the Area’s Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) tracker, inspection logs, and quality documentation registers.</li><li>Verify that ITPs, checklists, test reports, and material certificates are properly reviewed, signed, and uploaded to Asite or other approved platforms.</li><li>Support preparation of ITPs close-out and handover Packages.</li><li>Ensure full traceability of documentation between design, inspection, NCRs, and completion records.</li><li>Review subcontractor quality submissions for completeness and compliance.</li><li>Coordinate with Civil/Structural, MEP, Architectural, and Precast teams to schedule and track Hold/Witness points.</li><li>Support coordinators in recording field inspections and verifying that evidence (photos, reports, test results) is attached to each inspection lot.</li><li>Track daily site inspections, NCR status, and pending hold points.</li><li>Record, issue, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) raised by quality staff or the Contracting Authority.</li><li>Maintain the NCR/OFI/SOL registers, ensuring that each record is assigned, investigated, and closed with proper evidence.</li><li>Liaise with subcontractors and internal departments (engineering, construction, and materials) to obtain missing documentation or clarifications.</li><li>Coordinate document submissions and inspection notifications with designer and the Contracting Authority’s representatives.</li><li>Provide weekly reports to the Quality Lead summarizing inspection progress, NCR closures, and outstanding documentation.</li><li>Identify trends in NCRs and documentation delays and propose preventive measures.</li><li>Support internal audits and readiness reviews.</li><li>Assist in training site staff on QMS documentation requirements and ITP control.</li></ul><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>Required Skills and Competencies</div></div></div></div></div></div></div><ul><li>Excellent coordination and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple inspections, NCRs, and documentation priorities.</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS requirements, and audit preparation.</li><li>Strong trend-identification skills.</li><li>Proficiency in digital tracking systems, logs, and registers</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.</li></ul>Work Conditions:Full timeTotal compensation for this role includes an annual salary in the range of 75k-110k depending on working experience, education, and certifications, benefits, vacation pay, sick pay, training , and RSP matching contribution.We are committed to creating an accessible and barrier‑free recruitment process and workplace.
