Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns.</li><li>Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) learning algorithms built into analytics platform to cleanse and categorize volumes of data.</li><li>Present information using data visualization techniques and chart/dashboard tools for technical and non-technical audiences and build automated reports.</li><li>Prepare and concisely deliver analysis results in visual and written forms that communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Recognize problems requiring advanced analytical techniques to solve, develop and investigate strategies towards a solution.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   <ul><li>Organized, detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to handle tasks in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Display excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leadership and peers.</li><li>Understanding of general concepts of statistics, data mining, machine learning, data visualization, information retrieval, artificial intelligence, and computer vision.</li><li>Data governance abilities with knowledge of metadata management, data quality management, data integration or data management.</li></ul>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or STEM / related field) OR two (2) or more years of proven data-centric work experience; OR graduate degree in data science (or a related field with applicable work experience).</li></ul><ul><li>Prior experience in industrial and/or manufacturing environments desired, and any experience with automotive or heavy duty on or off-road vehicles and controller area network (CAN) signals is a plus.</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>Understand the general concepts of statistics, data mining, machine learning (ML), data visualization, information retrieval, and artificial intelligence (AI).</li><li>Strong proficiency with Power BI and other supply chain systems for data visualization.</li></ul><ul><li>Design, develop, implement, sustain data analytics, governance of policies and procedures as part of a broader enterprise data management program including, but not limited to:<ul><li>Data quality framework, metrics, and adherence to data standards</li><li>Data cataloging and data flow/lineage visualization</li><li>Identify and collaborate with data stewards.</li><li>Clean, Categorize, and maintain metadata.</li></ul></li></ul>Pay Range: $73,200.00 - $117,800.00<div><div><div><div><div><div><div>The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
