Il peut également être appelé, pour le bon fonctionnement de l'entreprise, à modifier temporairement ou sur une base régulière les tâches du poste pour des raisons telles qu'un ralentissement de travail, une restructuration, etc.RESPONSABILITÉS ET TÂCHES PRINCIPALES· Contrôler les entrées et sorties de la balance à l'aide du CB, des lumières ou des cellulaires des chauffeurs s'il y a lieu;· Faire l'entrée et la pesée des camions de résidus, de matières premières ou autres, à l'aide des documents (manifestes) donnés par le camionneur et de l'horaire d'arrivage;· Diriger les camionneurs à l'endroit approprié de déchargement avec les documents requis;<ul><li>Vérifier que ce sont les bons documents reçus pour chaque arrivage et voir à ce que toutes les informations soient exactes et complètes ;</li><li>Effectuer un suivi pour limiter les délais d'attente des camions entrés sur le site ;</li></ul>· Inscrire les chauffeurs dans le système d'accès et leur donner une cocarde;· Faire la sortie des arrivages (finaliser les pesées);· Compléter les documents (manifestes);· Recevoir les visiteurs, contracteurs, travailleur, livreurs, les diriger au bon endroit, avertir les départements appropriés de leur arrivée et leur faire voir la vidéo de sécurité s'il y a lieu;· Vérifier et numériser les manifestes pour le gouvernement canadien puis les envoyer par courriel;· Retourner les copies des générateurs et ceux des différents états américains par la poste;· Répondre dans la mesure du possible aux questions et demandes des autres départements, ainsi qu’à certains appels externes;<ul><li>Fournir au CSR les copies de manifestes complétés et billets de pesée à des fins de facturation ;</li><li>Préparer les envois de manifestes avec leur permis et CCI par Fedex, à la demande des CSR ;</li><li>Appliquer les éléments de sécurité de la procédure SCI-70-200 ;</li><li>Communiquer avec les divers services lors d'anomalies ;</li><li>En partenariat avec le service des ressources humaines, il enregistre les nouveaux employés dans le système LENEL et donne leur accès ;</li></ul>· De plus, sur demande, effectuer toute autre tâche connexe pouvant relever de cet emploi.QUALITÉS· Connaitre les aspects de son travail qui peuvent avoir un impact (nuire ou améliorer) sur les opérations pour combler les besoins et attentes de la clientèle;· Respecter la politique qualité de Stablex. He may also be called upon, for the proper functioning of the company, to modify temporarily or on a regular basis the tasks of the position for reasons such as a slowdown in work, restructuring, etc.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Controls the scale's inputs and exits using the credit card, lights, or drivers' cell phones, if applicable. Verifies and scans manifests for the Canadian government and sends them by email.</li><li>Enters and weighs trucks of residues, raw materials, or other materials, using the documents (manifests) given by the truck driver and the arrival schedule. Directs truck drivers to the appropriate unloading location with the required documentation.</li><li>Verifies the correct documents are received for each shipment and ensures that all information is accurate and complete. Carries out follow-up to limit waiting times for trucks entering the site.</li><li>Registers drivers in the access system and gives them a roundel, sorts out the arrivals by finalizing the weighing and completing documents for the manifests and digitizes arrival manifests.</li><li>Receive visitors, contractors, workers, delivery people, directs them to the right place, notifies the appropriate departments of their arrival and have them view the safety video if necessary.</li><li>In partnership with the human resources department, register new employees in the LENEL system and give them access.</li><li>Returns the copies of the generators and those of the various U.S. states by mail.</li><li>Prepares manifest shipments with their permit and CCI by FedEx, at the request of the CSRs. Provide the RSC with copies of completed manifests and weigh tickets for billing purposes.</li><li>Responds to questions and requests from other departments as much as possible, as well as some external calls. Communicates with the various departments in the event of anomalies.</li><li>Complies with company health, safety, and environmental policy. Implements work methods, procedures, instructions, and prevention rules.
