<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</p><ul><li>Develop and implement project management plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation</li><li>Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track</li><li>Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards</li><li>Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and safety standards</li><li>Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients</li><li>Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors</li><li>Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, new construction technologies, and best practices</li></ul>
