Beyond writing clean and maintainable code, you will contribute by enforcing code styling standards, conducting thorough code reviews, and mentoring junior and mid-level developers to elevate overall team performance.</p><h2>Tasks</h2><ul><li>Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality frontend solutions in our Angular web app. </li><li>Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding guidelines and best practices. </li><li>Mentor other frontend developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. </li><li>Collaborate with UI/UX designers to refine the user journey and suggest UI/UX improvements. </li><li>Work with RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with backend services. </li><li>Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and advocate for improvements that enhance the UI/UX and DX.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>At least 5+ years of experience as a frontend developer, working in agile environments.</li><li>At least 3+ years of experience working with Angular 2+.</li><li>Strong expertise in Angular 2+, TypeScript, JavaScript, RxJS, SCSS, and CSS.</li><li>Solid understanding of design systems and component libraries such as PrimeNG or Material.</li><li>Extensive experience with Reactive Angular Forms.</li><li>Experience with modular design and component-based styling, creating responsive layouts and implementing complex UI.</li><li>Experience with state management (RxJS, NgRx/NGXS).</li><li>Experience with Git flow, Webpack, ESLint, and other modern development workflows and tools.</li><li>Experience with GitHub &amp; GitHub Actions (CI/CD pipelines, evals/tests as quality gates, deployment workflows) </li><li>Proficiency in code review processes, identifying potential issues, and enforcing best practices.</li><li>Proficient in English (German is a plus).</li><li>A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with a passion for collaboration and knowledge-sharing.</li></ul><p>We're more than a software development company - we're at the forefront of business mobility in Germany.
